Business Development Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving growth within the organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of software solutions, particularly Salesforce, to effectively manage customer relationships and sales processes. Taxpro are cutting edge with Tech and service within the Tax Rebate sector. Ensuring our Development Managers are set up for success with out cutting edge technology that really streamlines the rebate process.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expand market presence.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new partnerships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for expansion.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
- Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure alignment in business strategies and customer needs.
- Utilise Salesforce to manage sales pipelines, track customer interactions, and report on performance metrics.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote the company’s offerings and build professional connections.
- Proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably within the software industry.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute plans effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem\-solving with strong analytical skills.
Pay: £28,000\.00 per year
