Paymentsave are seeking experienced, accomplished and driven Business Development Managers to join its growing employed sales team. This is a 100% field\-based role with full autonomy to develop new business opportunities.
Delivering targets in a fast\-moving and high\-growth payments industry, you will be at the forefront of innovation, helping UK businesses access market\-leading payment solutions while achieving strong personal earnings through an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through 100% self\-sourced cold calling, referrals, and networking.
- Arrange and conduct face\-to\-face business reviews with prospective customers
- Build a detailed understanding of customer requirements to tailor solutions effectively
- Present Paymentsave market\-leading payment propositions and cost\-saving solutions
- Negotiate and close new business contracts
- Manage and develop strong customer relationships to exceed expectations
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Enhance and protect the Paymentsave name in your area.
- Proven success in a sales or business development role
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent relationship\-building and communication abilities
- Resilient, positive, and confident in overcoming objections
- Results\-driven mindset with a passion for exceeding targets
- Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
Field\-based (extensive postcode territory area will be given)
Salary \& Package
- £30,000 / £35,000 basic salary dependant on experience
- £5,400 car allowance
- Uncapped commission structure
- Average OTE: £75,000
- Top performers earning £100,000\+
- Bonus payments for milestone achievements
- Quarterly \& Annual incentives
Pay: £30,000\.00\-£100,000\.00 per year
