Client Acquisition \& Revenue Growth
- Identify and engage prospective clients requiring accountancy, tax, payroll, VAT, bookkeeping, and business advisory services.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, direct outreach, digital marketing, and relationship building.
- Conduct initial discussions with prospective clients to understand their business needs and introduce suitable services.
- Manage the sales process from enquiry to signed engagement.
- Build and maintain a structured pipeline of prospective clients.
- Work towards agreed client acquisition and revenue growth targets.
- Develop referral relationships with solicitors, mortgage brokers, estate agents, financial advisers, business consultants, HR professionals, and start\-up advisers.
- Build long\-term professional partnerships that generate regular business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally within local and wider business networks.
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing awareness of the company’s services.
- Help improve visibility across LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, networking platforms, and professional events.
- Identify opportunities to promote the company’s services to small businesses, landlords, contractors, and company directors.
- Attend networking events, business exhibitions, and local business forums where appropriate.
- Maintain contact with existing clients to identify additional service opportunities.
- Support client retention and relationship\-building activities.
- Gather client feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
- Strengthen long\-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
- Prepare regular reports on new enquiries, pipeline activity, conversion rates, referral sources, and revenue generated.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and opportunities within the SME and professional services sector.
- Provide insight to management on growth opportunities and client demand.

Proven ability to generate new business and meet growth targets.
