Job Summary

Responsibilities

- Manage the sales pipeline using CRM software such as Salesforce, ensuring accurate tracking of leads and activities.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with organisational goals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the organisation’s services.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a related industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, for lead management and reporting purposes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision\-makers.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude towards identifying opportunities and solving problems.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
- Knowledge of market analysis techniques and customer relationship management tools.
