We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead and oversee the strategic direction of our organisation. Duties

  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients, and partners to support business development.

  • Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain competitive advantage.

  • Represent the organisation at official functions, conferences, and industry events.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in management or leadership roles, preferably as a Company Director or senior executive.

  • Demonstrable supervising experience with a track record of leading successful teams.

  • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource planning.

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

  • Relevant qualifications in business management or related fields are desirable but not essential. This position is integral to the organisation’s success and requires a proactive leader capable of steering the company towards sustainable growth while maintaining high standards of governance and operational excellence.
Pay: £12\.71\-£15\.00 per hour
