Business Development Manager Location: Remote / Work From Home (UK) with occasional travel
Salary: £40,000 – £60,000 basic DOE + uncapped commission + benefits

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused sales professional with a background in finance or financial services who thrives on building relationships, generating new business, and working closely with SMEs and business owners.
The Opportunity You’ll play a key role in expanding the firm’s client base by identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and converting new business across accounting, advisory, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities • Generate and convert new business opportunities
- Build relationships with SME owners and decision-makers
- Develop referral networks and strategic partnerships
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to onboarding
- Attend networking events and client meetings when required
- Work closely with leadership to support growth strategy
- Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve revenue targets
- Essential background within finance, financial services, accounting, banking, lending, insurance, or related professional services
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Commercially driven with a consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation abilities
