Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long\-term partnerships.

  • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our products/services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients and fulfilment of contractual obligations.

  • Utilise Salesforce and CRM software effectively to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and generate reports on performance metrics.

  • Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand professional networks.

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify emerging opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, preferably within a similar industry.

  • Proficiency in using Salesforce and CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.

  • Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently.

  • Self\-motivated with a proactive approach towards achieving targets.

  • A recognised qualification in business, marketing, or related fields is desirable but not essential. This role offers an engaging environment where your initiative can directly influence organisational growth while developing valuable professional skills in sales strategy and client management.
Pay: £34,000\.00\-£36,500\.00 per year
