Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results\-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales and strategic growth, with a focus on leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce and other software to optimise outreach and engagement.
Duties
- Identify and pursue new business leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations to secure new partnerships.
- Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyse sales data for informed decision\-making.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s services.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights for senior management.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within a B2B environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is desirable but not essential
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional demeanour.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast\-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.
Pay: £30,000\.00 per year
