We are looking to recruit a full\-time assistant manager for the Horseshoes, Belbroughton.

About us

The Horseshoes is an independent gastropub located in the heart of Belbroughton. We have built a great reputation for amazing food \& service. Our food offer is fresh, seasonal \& experimental taking inspiration from cuisines all around the world. The menu is constantly changing \& we are always trying new things. We have a great bar with fantastic beers, spirits, cocktails \& an extensive wine list. We have invested a great deal in the outdoor area which is now a fantastic location all year round. We have multiple awards for our great food \& service.

Responsibilities

As the assistant manager of the Horseshoes you will be an integral part of the business. You will work alongside the current team in running the business day to day. You will be expected to offer friendly \& great service to our customers alongside leading \& developing the team. You will get to see the way the business runs behind the scenes with financial \& stock training for both the bar \& kitchen working alongside the chefs to create menus \& specials. You will have creative in put on all aspects of the business, coming up with ideas to help improve service \& the products we offer. The pub is very busy you will need to have experience running shifts in a busy restaurant environment, as the manager you will control \& run smooth shifts for the team.

What we are looking for:

· Experience at management level in a pub or restaurant.

· Passion for food \& drink.

· A friendly \& enthusiastic individual.

· A creative person who has great new ideas.

· Someone who is willing to learn \& develop.

· Competitive salary plus 10% charge on all tables. £500 plus a month extra in tips.

· 38\-44 Hours a week

Job Type: Full\-time

Pay: £14\.00\-£16\.00 per hour
