What you will be doing

To establish a detailed landscape of Ricoh Graphic Communications hardware and software sales opportunities.

Acquire a net new portfolio of new business opportunities in all three market segments – Commercial, Corporate \& Public Sector

Become an evangelist and knowledge base for all Ricoh Graphic Communication solutions – aligning skills with a targeted annual business plan.

  • Develop net new sales opportunities for RGC within a given geographic area, working with both your team and extended team (Service, Pre Sales, Marketing, Bid Team, Business Operations \& Customer Success) that are aligned to the role, to increase market share and profitability.

  • Accountable for selling the benefits of the RGC hardware \& software solutions via vertically aligned value propositions – delivering value add solutions to our customers.

  • Revitalize prospects currently within CRM that have remained dormant due to gaps within our solution portfolio, with the aim of transforming the relationship into a customer first partnership and an active account.

  • Accountable for the Creation and management of a defined list of existing and new prospects/opportunities in CRM taking responsibility for providing accurate updates during weekly one to one business reviews.

  • Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of opportunities \- which is continuously updated and reflected in CRM to allow achievement of targets.

  • 3 to 1 ratio of opportunity to quarterly target.

  • Effectively utilize showroom facility and extended team to add value and accelerate the customer buying cycle.

  • Consistently deliver against target and achieve excellent forecast accuracy through customer first relationships
You will ideally have
  • A curious listener who can adapt well to all market segments and seek out key stakeholder relationships

  • Good relationship builder, excellent verbal, and written communication

  • A tenacious learner who is a superfan of technology and the benefits it brings

  • Motivated self\-starter with strong business development skills..

  • A strong individual style – who will challenge the status quo in order to improve a process – service or business operation.

  • A passion for selling, negotiation and ‘deal closing’. With a proven history of meeting annual sales quota year\-over\-year with aggressive pipeline management and high activity\-based sales process.

  • Proven track record of success including experience in solution and services led sales.

  • Commercially driven, wide range of experience having worked within the corporate and government sectors.

  • Will develop the ability to deliver comprehensive customer/sales demonstrations.

  • Will develop a strong ability to act as the project lead, management of a virtual team to include technology, finance, research and marketing resources to develop robust solution led sales.
