A hugely successful international law firm is looking to hire a Business Development Executive to join on a permanent basis to support the firm’s market leading Private Client practice groups for London.

Business Development Executive – What You’ll Be Doing:
- Develop and maintain pitches, credentials, case studies, client testimonials, presentations and other marketing materials, working closely with fee earners and senior client development colleagues
- Support client and business development activity through pitch preparation, RFP responses, client research, targeting and the development of relevant experience and fee earner materials
- Create and coordinate digital marketing communications, including client newsletters, campaigns and other e-marketing activity
- Project manage directory and award submissions, including drafting content, coordinating input from stakeholders, managing deadlines and supporting research interviews
- Plan, coordinate and deliver client events and hospitality, including seminars, webinars, workshops, receptions and external events, working closely with the central Events team
- Support the development and management of intermediary and referrer relationships, coordinating meetings, joint events and other relationship-building activities
- Maintain accurate and effective use of the firm’s CRM system, including managing marketing lists, recording business development activity, improving data quality and producing reports
- Undertake client, market and business development research and provide relevant insights and reporting to support marketing and client development activity
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in legal marketing and or/ an international law firm, ideally at the Executive level
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Excellent writing and verbal skills
- Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and building trusted relationships quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of InterAction / Venture would be advantageous
