Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results\-driven Sales \& Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and promoting our products and services across various sectors. Duties

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through research, networking, and outreach activities.

  • Conduct face\-to\-face meetings with potential clients to present products and negotiate terms.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Develop customised sales proposals tailored to client needs and follow up to close deals.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that maximise market penetration.

  • Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using IT systems.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.

  • Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet sales objectives within designated territories.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a similar role, preferably within the relevant in Automobile sector.

  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in IT systems including CRM software, MS Office suite, and other relevant tools.

  • Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

  • Good time management skills to optimise daily schedules and meet targets efficiently.

  • Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues. This role offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to develop their sales career while contributing positively to our organisation’s growth.
Pay: £26,000\.00\-£35,000\.00 per year
