Framora is a Surrey\-based creative production company delivering high\-end video, photography, content creation, SEO and digital marketing for brands and businesses across the UK. From multi\-site fitness brands to ambitious local businesses, we produce content that gets attention — and we're now looking for the person who can win the contracts to match.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a driven, well\-connected salesperson with one clear focus: closing 12\-month retainer contracts for our content creation, SEO and marketing services.
This is not a one\-off, gig\-selling role. We want long\-term recurring contracts — the kind that build compounding income for you and lasting partnerships for our clients.
Please note: this is a commission\-only position. There is no base salary. In return, you earn a generous share of every contract you close — paid monthly, for the full life of the contract. Close one 12\-month retainer and you get paid on it twelve times over.
WHAT YOU'LL SELL
- Monthly content creation packages (video, photography, social media content)
- SEO and digital marketing retainers
- Combined content \+ marketing packages for multi\-site businesses (gyms, hospitality, retail, franchises)
- Identify and approach businesses that need consistent, professional content and marketing
- Book and run discovery calls and pitch meetings — with full support from our decks, showreels and case studies
- Negotiate and close 12\-month contracts
- Own and manage your pipeline, reporting on progress
- Hand over smoothly to our production team once deals are signed
- Proven B2B sales experience — agency, media, marketing services or similar background is ideal
- A closer, comfortable selling recurring contracts worth four to five figures per year
- A strong existing network is a big advantage
- Confident working on a commission\-only basis — you back yourself to close
- Self\-motivated, organised and professional
- You understand (or can quickly learn) the value of content, SEO and paid marketing for growing businesses
- Generous uncapped commission on every contract — paid on recurring revenue, so your income grows with every deal you close
