Job Summary:

VitalCare Healthcare \& Wellness Services Ltd is seeking an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Director – Healthcare Services to lead strategic growth initiatives, client acquisition efforts, partnership development, and market expansion activities. This executive leadership role offers the opportunity to drive revenue growth, strengthen industry relationships, and support the expansion of innovative healthcare and wellness services across the United Kingdom.

We are looking for a results\-oriented leader who combines business development expertise with a strong understanding of healthcare services and client engagement strategies.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to support organizational growth objectives

  • Identify new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and healthcare market expansion initiatives

  • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, corporate clients, community organizations, and key stakeholders

  • Lead contract negotiations, proposal development, and client acquisition activities

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and new service offerings

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business strategy

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales and partnership initiatives

  • Develop and monitor business performance metrics and growth targets

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities

  • Lead and mentor business development, client relations, and partnership teams
Requirements:
  • Experience in business development, healthcare services, healthcare operations, sales leadership, account management, or related executive roles

  • Strong leadership and relationship\-building capabilities

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience driving revenue growth and developing strategic partnerships

  • Strong commercial awareness and market analysis abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively

  • Strategic thinking and problem\-solving skills

  • Relevant qualifications or equivalent professional experience are advantageous but not essential
