Join a remote global team with a passion for achieving, and helping others succeed in business. This role is a vital one \- assisting busy sales executives to execute their administrative tasks \& generate leads. It takes a drive to succeed, admin \& sales (business development) experience, no fear of the phone \& A\-Level communication!

We are looking for full time applicants with experience in SME's, and ideally with exposure to commercial sales.

We are prioritising candidates who have management and leadership experience, and an interest in building a long term career pathway with a young, passionate and fast growing team!

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Market research

  • Cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting

  • General Business development tasks

  • Generating leads to pass onto sales executives

  • Achieving weekly KPIs

  • Inbox and calendar management

  • Creating presentations \& quotations

  • Trip planning

  • Helping with task \& followup management

  • Holding others accountable

  • Running reports \& meetings

  • Updating databases \& CRMs

  • Call \& note transcription

  • Assisting with creating elevator pitches \+ call/email scripts
Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative \& telephone responsibilities and deliver high\-quality work under minimum supervision.
