Business Development Assistant
As our Business Development Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for Nature Squared. To help you familiarise yourself with the business, you will initially be providing support to the Sales team, and in particular to our French and Italian speaking team members. Duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Replying to and actioning general enquiries received by email/ telephone.
- Understanding client expectations and ensuring complete and timely communication between clients and the project team.
- Supporting the Sales team on specific designer and client projects.
- Attending client and business development meetings alongside members of the Sales team, and coordinating appropriate follow\-up meetings and actions.
- Establishing effective working relationships across all relevant business functions.
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities.
- Creating, editing and maintaining spreadsheets and databases.
- Assisting with the organisation of events.

Requirements
- Education: A\-Level or equivalent qualification (preferred)
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
- Administrative Experience: Minimum 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)
- Languages: Fluent English is essential; French or Italian essential
- Right to Work: Right to work in the UK (required)
