Apple Pay is seeking an experienced Business Development and Account Management professional to join the Apple Pay team to develop relationships and strategic alliances with e\-commerce merchants, payment service providers, processors, and various enablers in Europe. These relationships will focus on encouraging adoption and ongoing engagement of Apple Pay across merchant apps and websites.

This is a full\-time position in Apple Pay, located in our Battersea Power Station office in London. It requires close collaboration with Apple Pay business leaders, Worldwide Developer Relations, product marketing, and engineering product teams to shape adoption strategies that impact core business performance.

Deep experience across online payments is helpful but not required, provided there is a strong interest in and knowledge of the e\-commerce ecosystem and emerging mobile payments. A willingness to understand or learn the inherent risks (e.g. fraud, acceptance costs) and issues (e.g. low conversion) is expected, along with the technical fluency to lead iOS SDK feature enablement discussions.

Experience building and sustaining strong, successful relationships across the e\-commerce value chain is required, along with a demonstrated passion to ideate, create, and deliver new, innovative customer experiences with merchants and their e\-commerce vendors through the introduction of Apple Pay.","responsibilities":"Identify and build a strategic pipeline of prospective partners, establishing a scalable approach to increasing merchant adoption of Apple Pay.

Engage the partner landscape to identify key decision\-makers and guide them through the commercial value, technical feasibility, and adoption of Apple Pay.

Participate on cross\-functional internal teams to define partners, product requirements, adoption strategies, integration/testing plans, and go\-to\-market launch programs.

Manage and support partnerships on an ongoing basis, delivering new feature enhancements and strategic guidance to drive customer trial, usage, and conversion.

Provide regular communications to internal teams regarding adoption strategy, partner health, and commercial results.

Preferred Qualifications

Direct experience promoting payment product adoption with various online merchant segments, PSPs, payment schemes, and processors.

Fluent English is required. Additional European languages are highly valued.

Minimum Qualifications

Skilled business developer and account manager, able to advise both technical and non\-technical partner stakeholders, translating Apple Pay capabilities into practical adoption strategies.

Skilled at helping partners identify, navigate, and overcome technical or systemic complexities to drive adoption of new technology.

Proven success driving high\-impact adoption and account growth outcomes that deliver against key business metrics.

Experience guiding strategic partners through technical and commercial considerations to support their adoption and implementation decisions.
