YOUR ROLE

• Oversee task execution and ensure timely delivery by the right stakeholders, mitigating risks and realigning the onboarding process when needed.


• Proactively resolve issues, apply creative solutions, and escalate when appropriate.


• Facilitate conflict resolution, prioritization, and ensure stakeholder commitment to timelines.


• Maintain accurate documentation and use business analysis to translate stakeholder needs into actionable onboarding steps.


• Educate stakeholders on the onboarding process and apply basic data management knowledge to support them.

• Communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders while building strong relationships.


• Lead and motivate stakeholders to meet deadlines, making independent decisions on timelines and escalations when needed.Identify issues quickly, solve problems, and manage risks to keep onboarding on track.


• Handle conflict resolution constructively while adapting to changing situations and priorities.


• Stay highly organized with strong attention to detail, applying project management, business analysis, and basic data management skills (including tools like Excel, Jira, Power BI, or Azure Boards).
