Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion Finance Systems

Leicester (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our Finance Systems team, supporting a portfolio of financial applications and services across the organisation.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse current processes, define future\-state solutions, and drive meaningful change, ensuring our systems and practices continue to evolve efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross\-functional teams to gather, analyse, and document business and system requirements, ensuring alignment across stakeholders


• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to translate business needs into clear functional and operational requirements


• Produce and maintain high\-quality documentation for systems, processes, and workflows


• Evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify improvement opportunities and recommend practical solutions


• Conduct research and analysis to assess alternative approaches, including process changes and system enhancements, providing balanced and cost\-effective recommendations


• Build strong, collaborative relationships with finance and business stakeholders to ensure effective communication, engagement, and delivery

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, with strong expertise in finance\-related processes and systems


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels


• A proactive, adaptable team player who thrives in a fast\-paced and evolving environment


• Strong analytical and problem\-solving capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering value


• Experience working within Agile delivery environments, including user story creation and backlog refinement


• Prior exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials or similar enterprise financial systems is advantageous
