Business Analyst Finance (Business Technology)

About the role:

Landal Business Technology team partners with the CIO to deliver business value through enterprise technology. This role sits at the heart of our Finance \& Accounting ecosystem — covering NetSuite ERP, OneStream EPM, and their integrations — and gives you real ownership across the full product lifecycle, from discovery through to adoption.What will you do:

You'll act as the bridge between Finance stakeholders and technology teams across the Order\-to\-Cash, Procure\-to\-Pay, and Record\-to\-Report processes. Day to day, that means:

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements; translating them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria;


• Identifying process gaps, risks, and inefficiencies, then designing optimized solutions;


• Mapping end\-to\-end processes across systems, in alignment with BAs from related domains;


• Collaborating with Finance, Operations, Digital teams, and external vendors to ensure requirements are understood and prioritized;


• Supporting Product Owners with backlog refinement, UAT preparation, and go\-live support;


• Occasionally visiting our parks to engage on\-site with GMs, suppliers, and operational stakeholders;

• A minimum of 3 years of BA experience in Finance \& Accounting;


• Strong grasp of financial processes and controls (IFRS, SOX, GDPR);


• Hands\-on experience with NetSuite ERP; OneStream or equivalent EPM tools is a strong plus;


• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps;


• Clear communicator with sharp analytical and facilitation skills;


• Fluent in English and Dutch;


• Background in hospitality, leisure, or multi\-entity environments is a bonus.

• A salary between € 4,253 and € 6,076 gross per month on a full\-time basis\*;
