We are a London\-based multifamily office providing strategic advisory, lifestyle management, operational coordination, and bespoke client services to high\-net\-worth individuals and international families. We are seeking a highly organised and analytical Business Analyst \& Client Services Consultant to support client operations, service optimisation, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client requirements and develop tailored service strategies to improve operational efficiency and client outcomes.
- Review and evaluate existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing enhanced workflows.
- Conduct research and analysis of travel, lifestyle, hospitality, and service markets to support client decision\-making.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, service frameworks, reports, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate complex international projects involving multiple stakeholders, suppliers, and service providers.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, timelines, and service delivery standards, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Prepare business reports, presentations, client proposals, and strategic recommendations for senior management and clients.
- Analyse service trends, supplier performance, and operational data to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support the implementation of business processes, systems, and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external partners, suppliers, travel providers, hospitality operators, and professional advisers.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and relevant regulatory standards.
- Provide high\-level client support and consultancy on lifestyle, travel, relocation, and operational matters.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in Business Management, Business Analysis, Hospitality Management, International Business, or a related field.
- Minimum two years' experience in business analysis, management consulting, project management, client services, operations management, hospitality management, or a related professional environment.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills with the ability to evaluate business processes and recommend improvements.
- Experience preparing reports, presentations, operational documentation, and business recommendations.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast\-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and business reporting tools.
- Fluency in Russian and English to support communication with an international client base.
- Experience with CRM systems, project management platforms, or business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of international travel, lifestyle management, and global service provider networks.
Pay: £35,000\.00\-£45,000\.00 per year
