Business Analyst - 6 month FTC
We are TrustMark \- the only UK Government\-Endorsed Quality Scheme for home improvements carried out in and around the home. We are passionate about quality and assurance, consumer protection and what that means for homeowners and our Registered Businesses.
As a Business Analyst, you will leverage your expertise to identify evolving business needs, gather and analyse information, and help shape effective business and technical solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across TrustMark, you will support the successful delivery of a strategic project while ensuring alignment with TrustMark's business objectives and customer needs.
Reporting to the Proposition Director, you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, operational teams and technology partners, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions are fit for purpose and project outcomes deliver measurable business value.
This is a FTC for six months.
About You
You are an experienced Business Analyst with a strong track record of delivering successful outcomes within project environments. You are highly analytical, an excellent communicator, and able to build credibility quickly with stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven Business Analysis experience delivering business and technology change projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
- Experience gathering, analysing and documenting complex business requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for technical and non\-technical audiences.
- Experience creating process maps, business models and solution specifications.
- Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting Agile delivery environments.
- BCS Certificate in Business Analysis.
- Agile Business Analyst Practitioner accreditation.
- Expertise in business process modelling techniques.
- Knowledge of target operating models, enterprise architecture or digital transformation initiatives.
- Agile delivery and prioritisation.
- Business analysis and requirements management.
- Business process improvement and gap analysis.
- Business modelling and process mapping.
- Stakeholder relationship management.
- Integration analysis and solution design.
Pay: £60,000\.00\-£65,000\.00 per year
