At Evolve Psychology, we do things differently. Founded in 2014 by Dr Laura Powling, Evolve Psychology began with a bold aim to redefine what clinical and neurodevelopmental psychology means in practice. As Client Support at Evolve Psychology, based at our Head Office in Harrogate, you will play a key role within the Bookings Team as part of our Client Support Department, supporting appointment scheduling and communication across all clinics and remote services.
You will be responsible for ensuring clients are booked efficiently into assessment pathways across NHS and private services, helping to deliver a smooth and positive experience from first contact through to appointment attendance.
You will be responsible for:
- Booking and coordinating appointments across multiple clinics and remote services
- Managing clinician diaries and scheduling availability
- Sending appointment information and relevant documentation to clients
- Updating and maintaining client records and scheduling systems accurately
- Liaising with families, clients, clinicians and team managers
- Developing and maintaining databases and service delivery records
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence including calls and emails
- Monitoring key service delivery databases to ensure smooth operations across all clinics
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR, confidentiality, and information governance standards
- Supporting administrative processes to maintain high\-quality service delivery
- Digital workflows and smart administrative tools reduce manual tasks and enhance efficiency across clinics
- A custom\-built electronic patient record system, continuously refined based on feedback
- Ongoing training and onboarding to ensure confidence in all tech and systems
- Experience working within a healthcare, clinical, or patient\-focused environment, with an understanding of NHS or private pathways
- Experience managing appointment bookings, coordinating schedules, or working with diary management systems in a fast\-paced administrative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when handling schedules and client information
- Understanding of confidentiality, GDPR, and data protection requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with patient notes, CRM systems, and administration processes
- Strong organisational and time\-management skills, with the ability to manage competing demands across multiple sites
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and empathetic approach to clients, families and colleagues
- Positive, proactive, and solution\-focused attitude in a busy working environment
