Job Description
We are looking for a reliable and organised Business Administration Assistant to support the day to day running of our business.
This is a varied role within a growing healthcare organisation and would suit somebody who enjoys being busy, working across different systems and helping keep things organised behind the scenes.
The role involves a mixture of administration, operational support, document management, system coordination and general business support. We are looking for somebody who is comfortable using technology, picks up systems quickly and is willing to get involved in different areas of the business as needed.
Previous administration experience would be helpful, however attitude, adaptability and willingness to learn are just as important to us.
This role is fully office based in Bolton.
Main Responsibilities
- General office and administration support
- Managing and updating spreadsheets, trackers and internal records
- Supporting the organisation of digital files and documents
- Assisting with internal processes and operational tasks
- Supporting managers with day to day administrative work
- Monitoring and responding to shared email inboxes
- Coordinating meetings, tasks and follow\-up actions
- Assisting with onboarding and internal staff administration
- Helping maintain accurate business records and documentation
- Supporting GDPR and compliance related administration
- Using systems such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, ClickUp and communication platforms
- Assisting with reporting and data entry tasks
- Helping improve systems and processes where possible
- Working across multiple priorities in a fast moving environment
- Supporting the wider team with general business tasks when required

- Good standard of general education including English and Maths
- Competent IT and computer literacy skills
- Business Administration qualification or similar
- Additional training in administration, IT or business support

- Experience using Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Experience managing spreadsheets, trackers or databases
- Experience working with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience handling confidential information appropriately
- Previous experience within an administration or office support role
- Experience within healthcare or regulated environments
- Experience supporting operational or compliance activities
