Business Account Manager
We’re looking for a proactive and customer\-focused Business Account Manager to join our growing team. This is a fast\-paced, varied role where you’ll be responsible for all existing customer sales activities, managing customer relationships and keeping internal teams aligned to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Acting as a key point of contact from initial enquiry through to proposal and ongoing account support, you’ll work closely with sales, finance, operations, and our suppliers to ensure opportunities and customer needs are progressed efficiently and always ready to go the extra mile.
No two weeks are the same — from supporting new business opportunities with the Business Development Manager to coordinating customer account reviews and pipeline reporting, you’ll play a central role in driving growth and customer service across the business.
We’re looking for someone highly organised, proactive, confident managing multiple priorities in a busy environment and with a high focus on customer service. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across teams and with customers are essential.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day\-to\-day internal sales activity for our existing customer base
- Work with internal sales teams and external partners to provide a seamless, first\-class experience for new and existing customers
- Schedule, plan, and manage quarterly business reviews for customers
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations
- Update and maintain the CRM
- Handle administrative duties: answering sales calls, scheduling meetings, maintaining the sales calendar, and producing reports and spreadsheets
- Provide accurate sales data, including tracking pipeline movement, opportunity stages, and customer activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily business activity. This will include working closely with our Business Development Manager and Operations Manager.

- The ability to work towards targets, manage deadlines, and maintain momentum within the sales pipeline

- Full UK Driving Licence
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Experience using CRMs to manage leads, opportunities, and quotes
- IT \& Telecoms background or understanding of the technologies
- Experience using HubSpot (and Halo PSA)
- Competitive starting salary of £32,500 (rising to £33,000 after 6\-month probation period)
