Exciting new times at York !

As we move ahead with the Families First for Children Reforms in the City of York we are expanding our team and looking for passionate people who want to make a real difference to children and young people and their families.

This is a great time to join us as we launch the national families first reforms, come and find out about our new teams and how you could join us in building brighter futures for children and young people in York.

The event is a chance to learn more about how we in the City of York are implementing the Families First Programme through Family Help and Multi\-Agency Child Protection Teams, our values, and how you can join us in driving positive change for families in our community.

Drop in anytime between 5pm and 7pm

You’ll hear about new and upcoming opportunities across a range of posts including qualified Social workers and Practice Supervisors, and alternatively qualified roles.

You'll meet members of the team, and discover how your skills and passion can contribute to meaningful, family‑centred support, as well as how you could expect to be supported through assistive technology, manageable caseloads, high quality training and supportive supervision.

We will be able to advise you on existing and upcoming vacancies in addition to showing you what benefits we offer and talking you through the application process.
