Bubble Tea Store Barista

,Responsibilities:

• Brewing tea


• Cooking and preparing toppings


• Taking orders and cashier duties


• Opening and closing of the store


• Conduct stock checks and inventory orders


• Knowing all products and services in detail


• Ensuring Health \& Safety, Food Safety and hygiene procedures \& standards are maintained and complied with

We are looking for:

• Previous barista experience is preferred


• Minimum 1 year total F\&B working experience required


• A customer\-oriented positive attitude


• Quick at performing their tasks \- speed is extremely important


• Must be able to work under pressure in high volume busy environment


• Attention to detail


• Able to handle kitchen work


• Friendly, engaging and fun to be around person


• Passionate about Taiwanese Tea


• Flexible to work full time, including evenings and weekends


• Good at time management, problem solving, and a team player


• Good English. Ability to speak Mandarin/Cantonese (preferred but not essential)


• Eligible to work in the UK

Salary from: £11 / hr

(After probation: £11\.00 \- £14\.00 depending on performance)
