About the role

We're opening a brand\-new T4 Bubble Tea store at Bluewater Shopping Centre and looking for friendly, energetic team members to join us. You'll be the face of T4 — preparing our drinks, serving customers, and keeping the store looking great. No prior bubble tea experience needed; full training is provided.

What you'll be doing

Front of house

• Welcome customers warmly, take orders accurately, and process payments via till


• Deliver fast, friendly service — especially during busy periods and weekend rushes


• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the counter and front\-of\-house area

• Brew tea bases to recipe — including milk teas, fruit teas, and seasonal specials


• Prepare and portion toppings including tapioca pearls, popping boba, jelly, and pudding


• Assemble drinks to order, customising sugar levels, ice, and toppings per customer request


• Maintain consistency in drink quality and presentation across every order

• Cook and monitor tapioca pearls and other hot toppings to correct texture and timing


• Follow food hygiene, allergen, and health \& safety procedures at all times


• Assist with stock rotation, restocking ingredients, and flagging low stock to the manager


• Support the team during opening and closing tasks including equipment cleaning

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences


• Ability to work efficiently in a fast\-paced, high\-volume environment


• Reliable and punctual, with flexibility to work weekends and holidays


• Good communication skills and a team\-first mindset


• Comfortable working in a kitchen environment — standing for extended periods, using hot equipment


• Awareness of food hygiene standards (Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate is a bonus, not essential)


• Previous experience in a café, fast food, or hospitality role is an advantage — but not required
