We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Breakfast Assistant to join our team.

Location: Holiday Inn Express Windsor

Hours: Part\-Time (including weekends and bank holidays)

Reporting to: Senior Guest Service Manager and General Manager

Main Purpose of the Role

To provide a welcoming and memorable breakfast experience for all guests by ensuring the breakfast area is fully prepared, well\-stocked, clean, and presented to the highest standards. As one of the first team members guests meet each day, you will play a vital role in creating a positive start to their stay.

Key Responsibilities

Guest Service

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally.


• Engage with guests and assist with any breakfast\-related enquiries.


• Ensure guests receive excellent service throughout breakfast.


• Promote a friendly and welcoming atmosphere at all times.

Breakfast Service

• Set up the breakfast buffet before service begins.


• Prepare and replenish hot and cold breakfast items.


• Ensure all food is presented attractively and in line with company standards.


• Monitor stock levels, ordering and replenish products promptly during service.


• Basic food preparation and Cooking.


• Ensure the kitchen and breakfast areas are cleaned, organised, and maintained to the highest company and food safety standards,

Cleanliness Food Safety

• Ensure the kitchen and breakfast areas are cleaned, organised, and maintained to the highest company and food safety standards,


• Clear and reset tables efficiently.


• Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed.


• Clean breakfast stations, equipment, and dining areas after service.


• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Teamwork

• Work closely with Reception, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams.


• Support colleagues where needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.


• Attend training and team meetings as required.

• Food Hygiene Certificate.
