We are looking for a Brand \& PR Manager who can help get our brands seen, talked about, filmed, sampled, trusted and remembered.
About Us
We're an entrepreneurial Aussie family, originally from Melbourne, running quite a few businesses across US, Australia and now the UK and Europe. We're not an agency, but you'll get to work across a genuinely diverse range of products and brands. You will primarily be working with Dacie Clean which is the detergent company in the family run by Dakota *(a small brunette, in her late\-twenties with a big passion for dancing and an even bigger one for solving laundry problems nobody else wants to talk about*).
She opened the London office at Westbourne Studios in January 2026 to push some of our brands from the US into the UK \& Europe. So we're still very much early days.. The new hire will be the second of our London creative crew soon joined by our Ecommerce Manager, Brand Strategist \& Copywriter, and Sales Manager. We're hoping to find the right people to grow with and build a really fun, supportive and chilled culture.
This is role in a start up so it needs initiative, resourcefulness, curiosity and a healthy ability to just get things done, with plenty of variety and room to make an impact. We like people who think creatively, find resourceful solutions, and occasionally achieve surprisingly good results with little more than determination and a decent Wi\-Fi connection.
We're after someone who can join our squad full time. We offer up to 2 months a year remote work if you wanted to travel and will even shout you the co\-working space fees while you're off adventuring.

After three years adapting our US products for Europe, they're finally arriving in the UK (hooray!!.. it's been a long process). So that means its time to ramp up the team!

The Role
The job is simple:
Get the brand seen, talked about, filmed, sampled, trusted and remembered.
The main brands you'll be working on:
- Daintie Delicates is a laundry detergent that removes period stains. It's both gentle, effective and stigma\-breaking. (www.daintiedelicates.com).. we won a shiny silver award last year.
- PODBOSS is wholesale, convenience\-sized and bulk detergent. (www.thepodboss.com)
- LVP sells the laundry vending machines that Podboss goes inside of as well as other laundrette supplies. (www.laundryvendingproducts.com)
Beyond detergents, our wider family of products spans some pretty diverse industries from caravans and arborist machinery to concrete mixers and medical/lab products so over time there may be chances to support other brands in the family too.
You will help build awareness, credibility and recognition across Daintie, PODBOSS and LVP through content, partnerships, PR, sampling, creator relationships and brand\-building initiatives.
This role has two main functions:
- Brand Partnerships \& PR
- Social Media \& Content
Your time will not be split equally across the brands. Daintie will take up the largest share of the role, PODBOSS will need regular attention, and LVP will be more occasional and trade\-focused.
You will work closely with the Founder, Brand Designer, Ecommerce Manager and Brand Strategist/Copywriter, as well as our US videographer, freelance scriptwriter and two on\-call UK videographers for more professional campaigns.
You do not need to have done every single part of this role before, but you do need to be curious, socially confident, quick to learn and comfortable making things happen.
We care more about instinct, energy and follow\-through than a perfectly traditional PR background.

What You’ll Be Doing
*Content \& Brand Building*
You will help plan and manage a rolling content and brand\-awareness calendar across Daintie, PODBOSS and LVP.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating and posting organic content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn where appropriate
- Supporting product launches with content and brand\-building activity
- Adapting tone and messaging across different brands and audiences
- Spotting relevant trends, conversations and opportunities quickly
- Building a reusable content bank of demos, testimonials, case studies and product footage
- Helping each brand develop a clear, recognisable voice
This role is highly content\-led. You should be confident filming on a phone and editing short\-form video yourself.
Most day\-to\-day content will be low\-fi, native and fast\-moving: product demos, behind\-the\-scenes clips, founder content, customer stories, trend formats and real\-use footage.
Responsibilities include:
- Filming short\-form video on a phone
- Editing videos with strong hooks, captions and pacing
- Filming in locations such as laundromats, hotels, hostels, partner venues, trade events and retail environments
- Conducting informal on\-camera interviews with customers, laundrette owners, venue managers, creators and partners
- Capturing real objections, questions and testimonials that can be reused across social, ecommerce, PR and sales
- Passing strong footage and creator content to the Ecommerce Manager for ads and listings
- Helping coordinate larger content shoots with videographers and a scriptwriter when needed
A major part of this role is helping our products appear in the right places and conversations.
Responsibilities include:
- Building lists of relevant media, influencers, creators and partners
- Building relationships with journalists, editors, podcast hosts, trade press, creators, laundrette owners, hospitality operators and brand partners
- Identifying PR opportunities and story angles
- Pitching stories proactively, including founder stories, product launches, award wins, unusual distribution channels and customer\-use stories
- Coordinating gifting and sampling programmes
- Securing placements, collaborations and partnership opportunities
- Tracking outcomes and reporting on brand exposure
You will help identify opportunities that build credibility for the brands, including awards, trade shows, media features, podcasts, retail partnerships and industry events.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifying relevant award and PR opportunities
- Gathering proof points such as testimonials, sales data, product claims and media coverage
- Supporting trade show and event activity
- Capturing content at events and partner locations
- Helping staff stands, speak to visitors and create energy around the brands
- Helping turn awards, press and partnerships into useful proof for sales, listings, packaging and social content
You will help build a pipeline of creators who can produce authentic content for our brands.
Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and briefing UGC creators for launches and campaigns
- Managing creator deliverables and timelines
- Building a reliable creator network across the brands
- Coordinating TikTok Shop affiliate opportunities where relevant
- Repurposing customer reviews and testimonials into content
- Monitoring comments and messages across relevant platforms
- Responding in brand voice
- Spotting when a comment, DM, customer quote or creator post could become a bigger brand moment
A key part of this role is helping our products show up in the right environments.
For Daintie, this means identifying places where conversations around underwear, periods, postpartum, intimacy and women’s health are already happening. This may include lingerie stores, menstrual wellness events, maternity spaces, women’s health communities, goodie bags, gifting moments and aligned creator partnerships.
For PODBOSS and LVP, this may include laundromats, accommodation providers, hostels, hotels, student housing operators, trade associations and industry partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Building target lists of partnership opportunities
- Reaching out to relevant businesses and organisations
- Pitching product samples and placements
- Negotiating simple sampling or partnership terms
- Tracking placements and outcomes
- Capturing partnership activity as brand proof
- Building long\-term relationships rather than one\-off placements

- Understands modern brand building beyond just social media
- Is energised by people, places, conversations and real\-world brand building
