About PILAT3S
PILAT3S is a dynamic and growing Reformer Pilates brand with a studio in Cherrywood and another studio opening in Sandyford soon. We are focused on delivering high\-quality instruction, building a strong community, and expanding our presence in the wellness space.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Reformer Pilates instructor that is looking to make the move into management. This role combines leadership, sales, marketing, and hands\-on industry expertise as a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the growth and development of PILAT3S Cherrywood
Support in the opening of our second location
Drive membership sales and studio revenue growth
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
Manage day\-to\-day brand performance, ensuring consistency across both studios
Support studio operations and contribute to team development
Deliver Reformer Pilates classes as a qualified instructor when required
Build strong community relationships and enhance client experience
As a sister brand to TRIB3 you will work alongside the Head of Operations of TRIB3 \& PILAT3S Ireland to achieve the above
Requirements
Fully qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor (essential)
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Passion for health, fitness, and the Pilates industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across two studio locations (Cherrywood \& Sandyford)
