At King Oscar every day is different, but your key tasks and responsibilities will be
Project leader. New Product Innovations
Brand Business Analysis.
Social and digital media responsibilities.
Growth Hacking. P\&L financials, Portfolio Analysis, Market Data and implement learnings in Marketing.
Prepare marketing budgets and business cases and manage expenses to achieve company financial objectives.
Research, Insight \& Strategy \- identify and analyse consumer and market trends to identify and recommend new products, enhancements and opportunities for business growth.
Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to achieve corporate revenue goals.
Business partner for the Polish market. Identify opportunities based on market insights and sales development of the product portfolio (key KPI's)
Category management in collaboration with the international sales team to identify opportunities in the market.
Brand building through analytical and strategic work.
Responsible for King Oscar consumer service and the Zendesk platform.
Sustainability. Further develop strategy, coordinate functions and execute.
Support the King Oscars Brand stores in Bergen, Ålesund and Svolvær.
Your background and qualifications
Master's degree.
International experience, either through job or studies.
Minimum 4 years of management consulting or similar which demonstrates analytical skills.
Operational experience is positive.
Project leader experience.
Process management experience.
Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent presentation skills
Fluent in Norwegian and English \- strong written and oral communication skills.

You have a strategic approach to tasks, strong problem\-solving skills and a sincere interest in analysis, business development, brands and marketing. Your mindset is customer centric, passionate about developing King Oscar's products and brand further to ensure our consumer's continued satisfaction.
