Position Overview
We are seeking a Brand Management Coordinator to oversee and manage daily brand operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, marketing knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between clients, creative teams, and external partners. The Brand Management Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Thebrandlandmark BV’s reputation for excellence in brand management services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate brand management activities including scheduling, documentation, and operational support.
- Liaise with clients, creative teams, and suppliers to ensure effective communication.
- Maintain records of campaigns, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
- Prepare performance reports and monitor brand KPIs.
- Assist in organizing workshops, events, and brand awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with Netherlands’ marketing regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in brand management coordination or marketing operations.
- Strong knowledge of brand processes, campaign management, and client engagement.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational, and problem\-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and brand management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under deadlines.
