What you will help us with

As a Brand \& Campaign Manager at Korsit, you will play a crucial role in the development and execution of our brand plans that will strengthen our brand and market positioning and deliver brand growth. You’ll be responsible for managing the annual brand marketing calendar. Therefore, the management and creation of online brand campaigns and boosting our omnichannel approach is key. Next to that, building our social media strategy and helping shape engaging content that elevates our brand positioning coming from our recently developed brand value proposition is a key business goal.

You will also play a key role in setting up an improved customer journey and omnichannel plan, together with the marketing automation dept at Korsit.

This role requires a commercially\-minded brand marketing professional who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment, with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for executional detail. You will report to the Manager Brand and Loyalty.

✅ Create rich content to reinforce brand proposition and anchor our brand positioning

✅ Social Media Campaign Coordination

✅ Customer \& Market engagement

What you bring to the table

✅ Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related.

✅ 3\+ years of experience in brand marketing, campaign management or partner marketing.

✅ Experience in retail is a must.

✅ Strategic and commercially driven marketer.

✅ Excellent conceptual thinking.

✅ Data\-driven and results\-oriented.

✅ Proven experience in building impactful brand campaigns.

✅ Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and external partners.

✅ Hands\-on experience with social media, influencer collaborations, community engagement, and earned media.
