Job Overview

This is a full\-time business sales position based in London, UK, responsible for brand merchant development. You will independently complete the full sales cycle including lead generation, client profiling, business communication, negotiation and contract signing, and take full accountability for merchant signing KPIs. You will liaise with local UK brands and cross\-border merchants in fashion \& lifestyle sectors, source brand partnership opportunities aligned with the company’s self\-media agency accounts, commercial brand campaigns and creative content services, maintain long\-term business relationships, and drive the growth of corporate commercial revenue. The team is young and dynamic with a flat organizational structure free from cumbersome corporate bureaucracy. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation \& Profiling Source high\-quality local brand leads across London and the UK, compile merchant lead databases; categorize, screen and tier all leads, establish complete client profile archives, and submit regular lead review reports.

  • New Client Acquisition Initiate outreach to prospective brand merchants via cold calls and in\-person business visits, deliver business introductions covering our service model, production shoots, account collaboration and custom content packages to secure initial interest.

  • End\-to\-End Business Communication Manage the full client follow\-up cycle independently, accurately identify merchants’ partnership demands, design customized cooperation proposals, resolve client inquiries and address business objections.

  • Business Negotiation \& Contract Closure Lead negotiations on pricing, service terms, partnership duration and placement formats, control negotiation momentum to finalize cooperation deals, draft, review, file signed contracts, and take full ownership of conversion rates.

  • Client Retention \& Performance Review Nurture long\-term relationships with signed brand partners, track project delivery progress and collect merchant feedback; regularly analyze development metrics, negotiation challenges and conversion bottlenecks to optimize lead sourcing and negotiation strategies.

  • Cross\-Functional Collaboration Coordinate with production, operation and creative planning teams to align brand requirements and ensure smooth delivery of commercial campaigns, content shoots and custom projects.
Job Requirements Basic Criteria
  • Age range: 20–35, all nationalities welcome; Chinese speakers preferred. Must be based in London for full\-time work with sound knowledge of the local UK commercial market.

  • Fluent verbal and written English \& Mandarin for seamless communication with local British brands; resilient under pressure, available for on\-site field business visits.

  • Self\-motivated, disciplined and highly execution\-oriented with a strong professional ethic and no adverse employment records.
Core Competencies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation and logical analysis skills; adept at identifying client pain points and accelerating deal closures.

  • Proficiency in lead sourcing, client screening and account management with the ability to build a personal proprietary brand resource library.

  • Recognition of new media, commercial production and digital content industries; solid understanding of brand seeding and commercial placement partnership logic.

  • Strong goal alignment, result\-driven mindset and intense drive to close sales deals.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Existing connections with local UK brands, cross\-border e\-commerce operators and merchants in fashion, beauty, home living and light luxury streetwear sectors.

  • Prior experience in business development, advertising sales, new media investment promotion or brand partnership liaison.

  • Industry background in overseas social media, commercial content production or creative services.
