Brand Ambassador

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of the brand at events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns


• Engage with potential customers in a professional and approachable manner


• Distribute promotional materials and samples effectively to maximise outreach


• Provide accurate information about products and services to interested individuals


• Gather feedback from customers to inform marketing strategies


• Maintain a positive brand image through professional conduct and presentation


• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities


• Assist in setting up and packing down event displays and booths

Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, or customer engagement roles


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written


• Proven experience in customer service or public relations is advantageous


• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences


• Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to engage effectively with strangers


• Organised, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team


• Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or similar role is beneficial but not essential
