Branch Manager

A rapidly growing estate agency that is recognised for its commitment to delivering outstanding service and fostering a dynamic team environment is now seeking a proactive and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee their Newcastle office operations, lead the sales team, and contribute to the company's ongoing success.

As a Branch Manager, your role would involve:

• Overseeing and managing day-to-day branch operations


• Leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets


• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients and stakeholders


• Implementing sales strategies to drive growth and performance


• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations


• Monitoring branch performance and providing regular reports to senior management


• Promoting a positive, professional working environment


• Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively

Branch Manager requirements:

• Must have existing Branch Manager or strong Estate Agent experience.


• Strong leadership qualities with proven experience managing a team and coordinating daily operations to ensure efficiency and motivation.


• Results-driven individual. Striving to exceed targets and grow the businesss


• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism


• Ability to build rapport with clients

What's on offer for the successful Branch Manager:

• Full-time position


• £27,000 - £30,000 basic salary


• £45,000 - £50,000 OTE


• Mileage paid

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30am - 5.30pm. Alternate Saturdays with time given in lieu
