Experienced in the North London property market with strong local knowledge and a proven track record of winning new business?
We're recruiting for a Branch Manager to join a successful estate agency, leading a branch team and driving sales, revenue and new instructions across the local market.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced estate agency professional with strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas, excellent local connections, and a proven ability to generate their own valuations and win instructions.
The Role
As a Branch Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate and develop the branch team to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Drive new business through valuations, prospecting and winning new instructions
- Manage branch performance, monitoring KPIs, targets and conversion rates
- Oversee sales and negotiations, ensuring deals progress smoothly through to completion
- Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local contacts
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the branch
- Proven experience within the North London property market
- Strong knowledge of Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas
- Live locally or within a reasonable commuting distance
- Strong local connections and an established network within the area
- Proven track record of generating your own valuations and winning instructions
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Confident, commercially minded and target-driven
- £30,000 basic salary, dependent on experience
- Great commission structure
- Regular incentives

- Fantastic working environment
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm
- Saturday: 9:00am–5:00pm
- One weekday off when working Saturday
