The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Warrington branch. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and leading a strong team to deliver excellent customer service.

This is a hands\-on role where you’ll take full ownership of branch performance and growth.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day\-to\-day branch operations (trade counter, warehouse, sales)


• Drive sales, margin, and profitability


• Build strong relationships with contractors and other \`trade customers


• Lead, motivate, and develop your team


• Ensure good stock control and product availability


• Maintain high standards of service, safety, and efficiency

• Experience in electrical wholesale industry


• Previous management or leadership experience


• Strong sales and commercial awareness background


• Good knowledge of electrical products


• A hands\-on, customer\-focused approach
