Job Types: Full\-time, Permanent
We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Warrington branch. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and leading a strong team to deliver excellent customer service.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day\-to\-day branch operations (trade counter, warehouse, sales).
- Drive sales, margin, and profitability.
- Build strong relationships with contractors and other \`trade customers.
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team.
- Ensure good stock control and product availability.
- Maintain high standards of service, safety, and efficiency.
- Experience in electrical wholesale.
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Strong sales background and commercial awareness.
- Good knowledge of electrical products.
- A hands\-on, customer\-focused approach.
