Eco Happy Limited is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated and customer\-focused Domestic Heating Sales Account Manager to join our team based in Wakefield.

The Role
As a Domestic Heating Sales Account Manager, you’ll manage customer enquiries and sales opportunities relating to domestic boiler installations, guiding customers through the process from initial enquiry through to installation.
You’ll play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
\* Manage incoming and outbound sales opportunities for domestic boiler installations
\* Speak with homeowners to understand heating requirements and recommend suitable solutions
\* Prepare quotations and guide customers through the sales process
\* Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
\* Manage and maintain an active sales pipeline
\* Follow up leads and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
\* Work towards agreed sales and performance objectives
\* Liaise with internal teams to ensure a smooth installation journey for customers
\* Maintain knowledge of heating products, regulations, and industry developments
About You
You’re professional, organised, and confident communicating with customers.
You enjoy working in a sales\-focused environment where service, communication, and achieving results go hand in hand.
Ideal Experience
✔ Experience in sales, account management, customer engagement, or business development
✔ Experience within domestic heating, boilers, plumbing, renewables, construction, home improvement, or utilities would be highly advantageous
✔ Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
✔ Comfortable discussing technical or home improvement solutions with customers
✔ Self\-motivated with a proactive approach to managing opportunities
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
