We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled BMC TrueSight Engineer to join our innovative IT team. Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and optimize BMC TrueSight components to monitor complex IT environments across cloud and on\-premises infrastructures.


• Develop custom dashboards, alerts, and reports to provide real\-time insights into system health, performance metrics, and security posture.


• Collaborate with system architects and engineers to integrate TrueSight with diverse systems including AWS, Azure, VMware, Kubernetes, and various operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and UNIX.


• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis of system issues by leveraging monitoring data; implement corrective actions promptly.


• Automate routine monitoring tasks using scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell to enhance operational efficiency.


• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and incident reports for audit compliance.


• Stay current with emerging trends in IT monitoring tools, security protocols, and system architecture best practices to continuously improve monitoring strategies.
