Blockchain Developer Intern

We produce outlier results through a series of diversified investment strategies in the decentralized finance ecosystem.</p>
<p><strong>Job Summary:<br></strong>We are offering a Developer Internship focused on Blockchain Applications for a person with strong skills who can support development activities across our stack - building backend tooling, connectors to on-chain systems, and data pipelines that feed our DeFi yielding strategies and inform capital deployment decisions. This position is part of a small and dynamic team, with the ability to shape and impact technical decisions and direction.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop Backend Tooling and Services in Rust</li>
<li>Work closely with the Yielding team to develop strategies</li>
<li>Build connectors to Smart Contract systems</li>
<li>Support the team with insights and best practices</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Software development experience, including in Rust</li>
<li>Experience in the Ethereum ecosystem</li>
<li>Experience with Solana VM and Rust-based smart contracts is a plus</li>
<li>Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (ethers, alloy, foundry)</li>
<li>Entrepreneurial mindset - independent, flexible, and self-directed.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, disciplined, and detail-oriented; strong work ethic and team player.</li>
<li>Use of AI tools/knowledge of how to utilize them to maximize efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Nice-to-haves:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with Solana VM and Rust-based smart contracts.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Rust Ethereum libraries (ethers, alloy, foundry).</li>
<li>Experience with machine learning and statistical analysis methods.</li>
<li>Knowledge of database software tools, quantitative analysis, and data visualization.</li>
<li>Solidity experience or smart-contract reading ability.</li>
<li>Advanced data visualization skills.</li>
