OTC Trader - Digital Assets

<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a commercially driven OTC Crypto Trader to join our team in Zug. In this role, you will be directly responsible for growing the desk’s PnL and executing block trades across digital asset markets. You will be entrusted with large ticket sizes and expected to operate with professionalism, discretion, and a sharp commercial instinct.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage risk effectively on large ticket transactions, ensuring best execution and competitive pricing</li>
<li>Monitor markets and maintain awareness of macro and crypto-specific developments affecting trading</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams including technology, compliance, and operations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum 2 years of trading experience, ideally on a flow or block trading desk</li>
<li>Experience in electronic / systematic trading with a solid understanding of algorithmic execution and quantitative trading workflows</li>
<li>Commercially driven with a strong client-facing mindset</li>
<li>Crypto trading experience is a strong plus</li>
<li>Demonstrable track record of handling large notional trades with sound risk management</li>
<li>Proficiency in Python, comfortable with data analysis, scripting, and trade tooling</li>
<li>Trustworthy, reliable, and able to exercise independent judgment under pressure</li>
<li>Work nonstandard weeks i.e. cover weekends and evening shifts as required in exchange for off days on other weekdays</li>
