The role involves the execution of manual processes either on a rotating shift pattern in a production environment.Job Description

- Essential Responsibilities:
+ Blade composite processes to include but not limited to (Composite layup, Preform \&
+ Foam, Blade build, resin injection and deflash)
+ Identifying and Implementing process improvements.
+ Identify and hold responsibility for Quality \& Environment, Health \& Safety issues.
+ Repairing.
+ Ability to work night shift.Essential Qualifications:

+ Demonstrate their ability to work as an effective team player, taking ownership accountability for quality and EHS standards.
+ Adopt a flexible approach to gaining new skills and working across cells within the Dowty Brockworth site.
+ Demonstrate personal drive and motivation to identify and implement process improvements.
+ Demonstrate experience of working in a flow line production environment and be familiar with materials processing.
