Biotech Coordinator

We are currently seeking a detail\-oriented and motivated Biotech Coordinator to join our team in Aarhus. This role is ideal for someone passionate about biotechnology, laboratory coordination, and supporting scientific operations in a fast\-paced research environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily biotechnology operations and research project activities
- Support laboratory teams with scheduling, documentation, and workflow organization
- Maintain accurate records of experiments, materials, and research data
- Assist in regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes
- Coordinate communication between researchers, suppliers, and external partners
- Monitor inventory of laboratory supplies and coordinate procurement needs
- Prepare reports, summaries, and operational updates for management
- Support project timelines and ensure research milestones are met
- Contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory and operational processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, Biology, Life Sciences, or related field
- Previous experience in laboratory coordination, research support, or biotech operations preferred
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Understanding of laboratory processes and scientific terminology
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a research\-driven environment
- Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus
