财务助理(中英文)Bilingual Accounts & Business Analyst (Chinese/English)
We are a growing UK logistics and warehousing group specialising in Customs Clearance, Warehousing, Amazon FBA and Supply Chain Solutions based at Birmingham UK with great public links.
We are looking for a motivated and commercially aware bilingual team member (Chinese \& English speaking) to strengthen our UK finance and operations support team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, solving problems, improving processes, and helping management understand the financial performance of the business through accurate reporting and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily monitoring and management of finance inboxes
- Accounts Payable (AP) processing and supplier reconciliations
- Liaising with overseas Chinese clients and Accounts Receivable (AR) teams based in China
- Producing weekly and monthly business reports for directors
- Supporting profitability analysis and cost control reviews
- Internal reconciliation checks, audit reviews and data accuracy controls
- Assisting with cash flow monitoring and payment scheduling
- Working with operational teams to improve reporting accuracy
- Supporting continuous process improvement using AI and automation tools
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
- Experience in Accounts Payable, bookkeeping, finance support or business analysis
- Strong Excel skills, especially reconciliations and reporting
- Good numerical accuracy and commercial awareness
- Experience using QuickBooks Online preferred
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable communicating with both UK and overseas teams
