Bedroom Sales Consultant - Sales Support Role
The Sleep Co is looking for an experienced Bedroom Sales Consultant to join our growing team. You'll be working alongside our Sales Manager to handle customer inquiries, process orders, and support our rapidly expanding direct\-to\-consumer business.
About You
You have proven experience working in prestigious furniture or bed retailers. You understand the nuances of upholstered beds, mattresses, and bedroom furniture. You're comfortable discussing product quality, materials, and design with discerning customers. You're organised, detail\-oriented, and can manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
The Role
You'll handle inbound customer calls and inquiries, answer product questions, process orders, and liaise with our production and logistics teams. You'll work closely with our Sales Manager to ensure customers receive expert guidance and a seamless buying experience. As we scale, you'll help set the tone for how we engage with customers.
What We're Looking For
Experience in furniture retail, preferably beds or upholstered products. Comfort with customers who value quality and craftsmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a small, fast\-moving team. Strong communication skills and genuine interest in the product.
Pay: £24,420\.00\-£42,100\.32 per year
