The must\-haves:
Must be confident in reaching out to new and existing clients over the phone and visiting local businesses.
Creative to think of ways to take the business to the next level and to become the BEST KNOWN salon in the area.
Must have experience in working in a salon in any role.
Have knowledge about beauty treatments such as BIAB Manicures, Pedicures, Brow services and Lash Lifts.
Staff management skills, including dealing with HR.
Social Media and Marketing enthusiast.
Admin skills (responding to clients in a semi\-formal writing, reporting, marketing project planning, social media)
Bonus points for:
Experience in event planning.
Ability to offer any beauty services offered in a salon.
Knowledge using Canva, Fresha, Metricool, BrightHR, Excel, Word, Indeed.

£16\-£17 per hour (over £35000 per year)
