This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires Part\-time presence at Elizabeth Arden's Beauty Counter in Shaws Portlaoise
Hours: 30 hours \- over 4 day a week

Overview:

Elizabeth Arden represents a prestige, skincare\-led approach to beauty, combining innovation, expertise and exceptional customer experience.

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Beauty Consultant/Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will act as a brand ambassador on counter \- delivering personalised service, sharing your skincare expertise, and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at all times


• Provide expert advice across skincare, colour and fragrance, with a strong focus on skincare


• Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently and professionally


• Drive retail sales and consistently work towards individual and team targets


• Engage customers through product demonstrations, storytelling and tailored recommendations


• Build strong relationships to encourage customer loyalty and repeat business


• Maintain high standards of counter presentation in line with brand expectations


• Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and high\-performing environment

• Passionate about skincare and delivering outstanding customer experiences


• A strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people and building relationships


• Results\-driven, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets


• Energetic, enthusiastic and confident in a customer\-facing role


• A team player who contributes positively to the counter environment


• Takes pride in representing a premium beauty brand

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer\-facing role


• Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred


• Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods
